CEMENT
The erection, commissioning and operation of cement plants is one of our core competencies. We provide services for core aggregates, auxiliary systems and for niche applications such as white cement.
MINERALS
While mineral processing shares many systems with cement applications, AIC provides mining engineers who specialize exclusively in VRM, horizontal mills, crushers and conveyors.
AIC is a leading company specializing in technical assistance for the raw material processing industry. We operate worldwide for a wide range of clients. We have participated in projects in over 40 countries with some of the major players in these industries. Our specialists cover all relevant specializations and come from over 19 countries, so that client preferences and site needs can be met. All staff are highly educated and trained in their field. They also have the necessary soft skills acquired through numerous assignments worldwide.
PETROCHEMICAL
AIC offers complete solutions for the training of operators and welding supervision. Installation and supervision activities are mainly limited to the provision of senior supervisors.
STEEL
We provide personnel capable of managing the set-up of the entire steel production process. For service solutions we are limited to roller presses, ESP and refractory work.
FILTERS
Clean air through ESPs, hybrids or baghouses is increasingly in demand due to stricter environmental regulations. We offer engineering services for the installation of new systems or the retrofitting of your existing systems so that all legal requirements can be met.
SERVICES
AIC offers complete project lifecycle services for most of the areas in which we are active. While the majority of man-hours are in technical services, we also provide specialists for non-technical issues. In addition to field supervision, our staff assists clients in the office with design or consulting, subcontractor manufacturing supervision, or PLC program review and modification in our own offices.

Our history dates back to 1980 when we started - then based in the UK - to provide innovative services and solutions to improve the performance of raw material processing and manufacturing companies.

The move to the UAE in 2005 allowed us to be closer to our clients' projects and offer greater flexibility in our services.

Today, AIC Industrial Consultancy has a staff of approximately 35 highly specialized engineers and non-technical site personnel from more than nineteen countries. We manage projects on five continents for world leaders in their field. Our Cement & Mining sector has been a partner of all the major players for 30 years - without a single day's interruption!
