Filter systems

We offer services for a wide range of filter systems from bag houses to electrostatic precipitators.
It starts with the erection and commissioning supervision of pre-designed systems and can also include the optimization, retrofitting and repair of existing systems. On the auxiliary side, we assist with electrical systems, welding supervision and corrosion prevention measures.
Current ESP systems have difficulties meeting the latest emissions standards therefore we see a growing demand for converting those systems to bag houses or hybrid filters. While bag houses require less capital for erection and commissioning the operation costs of hybrid systems are lower as the ESP compartment requires little maintenance and performs the majority of the filtering performance at low energy consumption.

ESP
Most economical way of air filtration. It separates particles from a gas stream by passing the carrier gas between electrodes across which a unidirectional, high-voltage potential is placed.
Hybrid
Combination of ESP and bag filter. While dust and big particles are collected by the ESP the fine particles are eliminated by the bag filter section.

Bag house
Especially important for low dust emissions. Recently, we have supervised a large number of ESP to baghouse conversions.
